There's me thinking the Americans put the Palestines there for relocation. Only it turned out, they all hate each other there, and they're going to continue blowing each other up.

We cannot help people who don't want to be helped.

Pacify the region.

That is all.

Modern Palestine was never really an automomous "country", just a region invented by the French and British based on loose history when they partitioned the area after the break up of the Ottoman empire. Before that it has always been a region that has swapped around as a part of various empires.

But you are correct, the Arab Palestinians have first dabs really, at the very least Israel should accept that the land needs to be shared, even before the 1967 borders, instead they just took almost the entire lot, refer to the proposed map from UN Resolution 181 (II) (1947) for a good idea of what was originally intended and how much it has changed.

And I think you can leave the Americans out of this one for a change, the problems started way before they decided to stick their noses in, this was a very British screw-up.

And for those of you who dont understand, please read a A Guide to Ethnic and Religious Strife Through All Human History which should cover everything.
