As trog says, it is the thing. However, it is fundamentally irrelevent, since you can make a website any way you like (that, surely, is the reason why the net took off so quick).

Using Firefox, however, there are some issues with it. The width is *reallly* messed up, I think there's a problem with the tab-like thing on the left-hand-side, it has a huge amount of padding between it and the page content. You might want to test it in Firefox, and some other 21st century browsers like Opera to make sure that it's universally accessible.
