where's the Cloak, rings, and belt from?

an that's quite an impressive SCing template

Two problems with that template:

1) The cloak isnt hooded. (which is actually kinda important to me, having a highlander with a red mullet or something).

2) That belt is a real pain to get.

I've made two templates which are similar, one with the exact same items only a hooded blades cloak. Everything capped apart from qui. The other with a granite belt instead of the zerg-drop, which end up 9 or so short on matter resist, the rest capped.
