nice iniative, but as always in games, trying to organize things like this is a pain, and will often be screwed up because of some lameass.
for ex; trying to have knifewar in cs. so everyone says "yes sure lets do it", but then, when all ppl are gathered, someone pulls up a para (big machinegun) and starts blasting away. so everyone gets pissed and he answers like "this is a public server, i do whatever i want" or the alike.
as proven by the comments, this wouldnt be possible if you are trying to arrange this on a forum. instead, you should msg some guildppl that u know are nice guys, and try to set times, places etc. shouldnt be very hard to get guild ppl interrested.

odinn, yes, getting peeps from Hib that I know would play fair isnt a problem... Its getting them from the other 2 realms. Its not that the other realms dont play fair, its just I dont know anyone well enough from there.... You see anyone who replies here from Mid or Hib could just be an idiot wanting RP (like yaruar and the other teenage hoardes)
The analogy to the CS knife war is a good way to sum it up....

Censi, did you honestly believe you could start a thread where everybody agreed? Even if you started a thread called "The Sky Is Blue - Discuss" you wouldn't get everyone agreeing. its the nature of the forums.
And personally, I think you're shooting yourself in the foot reacting by swearing and calling people faggots. For starters, calling someone a faggot is like so fourteen, or so Counterstrike, whichever insult strikes you as more damning. Its exceptionally playground, and anyone trying to organise something as big as this has got to be good with stress and enforcing rules, and having insult fits when someone pisses on your parade isn't fitting with that image. I'm not particularly keen on people rallying anti-homosexual insults on these forums either.
If you can't take people disagreeing, you shouldn't really take on an idea like this. Sad but true.

it would work -, but like someone said in previous post, u would have to PM the GM of guild who you know & trust. yup its RvR but theres bound to be somehwere in RvR which has hardly any peeps going there (if any) also mebbe choose a battle time that is not peak time
it wouldn't work - cuz no matter how hard u try there will ALWAYS be sumone who will spoil it, as soon ur spotted they may not know its an organised 8v8 therefore they will just attack assuming your there doing normal RvR...yup there will b other peeps that will mos prob no about it & invade on purpose just to spoil it..not for RP's but mos prob just to come on here & say "I told you it wouldnt work!"
