Lets really find out who is the best....
Ok here its goes, trial run. I will be there purly to co-ordinate and ,not to take part,as a referre(if we ever get this to work)
RULES
1)Each realm to bring 1 full grp of 8 people/representatives to a location in Emain (time to be anounced later on) on (day to be anounced later)
2) The group must consist of 8 different character classes (to avoid a mass mezzing possey, and generally make it fairer) You dont have to be lvl 50 (but I would recommend your realm representatives are)
3) you are not allowed to Run once the bout has started. Sure manovering is allowed but long range fleeing isnt. If you run out of my eyesight range your group looses the bout.
4)The bouts will be one realm V one realm (not all 3 in a free for all)
5) Each group to fight opposing enemy grp 3 times. Winner of each bout is the Group with the last man staning. First Group with 2 bout wins is the overal winner of that realm battle. We will then switch realms around
6) A substitues group of 8 can be brought alone to accompany the main group. These will be needed for ressing (when bout ends) and you can swap players (not during a bout though) And a substitution must not break condition 2.
7) NO precasting. or Pre summoning. However Pre bout buffs are allowed (cause we wont be able to tell if people are pre buffed or not) Charmed Pets are not allowed. You can summon pets once the bout has started.
8) Each Bout will be started when the Referre gives the /FLEX emote. The bout ends when one group is wiped out. Prior to the Bout starting I will /POINT followed by a /BECKON each grp leader, as a signal to prepare (there will be a 15 seconds pause after the /BECKON to allow you to get in position). I will then jump 10 times and do a /FLEX at that point the bout has started. No one is allowed to MOVE or attack or CAST from the time of the 1st Jump untill the /FLEX has been given. The bout then starts.
It is essential you all grp stay tightly stuck on the leader before and after the bout so I can comunnicate clearly to them with hand signals.
The order of Battle for the first meeting meet be as follows
ALB V HIB 3 Bouts
ALB V MID 3 Bouts
HIB V MID 3 Bouts
Once this has been done we should have a clear winner.
I need ONE representative from each realm to post a reply with the their TEAM listing. This must include a list of 16 Players (grp1 and2) and there repesctive classes.
ALB and MID please give me your representative/leader name to.... (we will switch leaders around if this takes off)
Yes this will probably go completly tits up and end up in a mass brawl, or half the realm stealthers will come and ambush us or whatever..... Basically thats fine.... we just go back to the normal Emain bordom...
Cheating (ie the odd heals from a substitute etc) is easy, but its completly self defeating... we are doing this for fun only remeber... sticking to the rules will make it more enjoyable for everyone....
I would hope if any individual tries to interfer then that appropriate realm leader will take action to make sure his realm is aware of it.....

Its gonna be hard enough to organise this with out a long stream of pointless comments. Lets give it a go and see what happens....
