i dotn read teh grats threats, i dont dislike them.. but they are ussually boring. still i wouldnt ask for them to be taken away as its a nice achievment (yes people can actually achieve things in a game).
saying that the guys that run in gank groups and get a grats thread every couple of weeks is a bit OTT, much prefere those "random" guys getting them.. they had to work alot harder IMO.

To be a bit more positive then:

What REALLY deserves a grats (imo) is the succesful leading of both PvE and RvR raids with a huge amount of players, getting everyone to do what you want and coordinating a raid while keeping your head cool and think quickly about what to do when a new situation arises is a display of true leadership especially on the harder raids...

and i have seen some great leaders....
