No it doesn't? the game opens for collectors edition players on sunday which I wouldn't count as "live" live is when it opens its doors to every player out there regardless of what pack they ordered.


Collectors edition = sunday the 14th
Other pre-order packs = tuesday the 16th
Fully live servers for everyone = thursday the 18th

It is by all definition live, whether it is a head start or not.

Oh yes there was amazing news on the 9th:

• Validation/account creation down
• Population cap increased (Why? No new players could join the beta anyway at that point)
