64 Bit Windows

Hey all i am just wondering if any of you guys run this operating system etc

I have a problem in which my Norton Anti-virus and Firewall will not install, it says it is not built for the operating system, is there anyway to overcome this problem? or do i need a new firewall?

erm... windows 64-bit? or windows x64? (they are actually two different OS's, the first being for Intel's 64bit server processor, the latter for 64bit desktop processors)
But to answer your question, I've got no idea my x64 xp pro is somewhere on the way to my house atm, and haven't had it installed yet. If you have the nForce 3 or 4 chipset, why don't you use the built-in firewall then?

And what version of NA are you installing?
Saying your installing norton antivirus and firewall is as clear as saying you're buying a hyundai. there are loads of hyundai's.. are you buying a monitor? a microwave? a car? if a car, what car? which engine? Gas, gasoline or diesel?
