Help 64 Bit PC HD Videos etc

I've been out of touch with PC hardware for a few years now, been on xbox 360 last 2 years, but have just got into aerial photography and videos and found my self crawling back to my PC to process HD videos... Anyway, I need a 64 bit computer so I can use software like the newest After Effects and such.. I've seen this on eBay: 64bit MediaCentre/Gaming PC High Spec, HDAudio, NVIDIA | eBay UK but have no idea if it's worth it or not. At the moment I have a pretty basic Acer Apsire so it's obviously better than that, but I wonder if the above PC is worth the money or if I could spend a bit more and get a new one that would be better?

Looking at the current price, potential bids and delivery cost you could probably do better building your own although it might not be as versatile. However if you are the only bidder then it is probably worth a punt at that price and it should fulfil your needs although it won't be superfast it will be ok for HD video encoding.
