$630 million buys ALOT in India as well because the average wage for construction workers and labour is so low. I was expecting something stunning and instead got something that is uglier than the Hilton Tower in Manchester.

That tower in Manchester is 47 stories, built in a modern western city where building costs are alot higher and yet it cost £160 million or so. His tower must be full of gold plated door knobs and bog seats.

Hmh. While i think the hilton tower looks mighty nice(i like that style, cyberpunk'ish, just needs neons etc), that first building is very poor.

I dislike that buildings always go expensive=higher, i'd like to see a more down to earth(not that way) building, with similar budget.
