Could it work, could it be a Zerg Arena ... could it be fun ?

(Please dont start a flame Zerg bit, some Zerg some dont etc ...)

Or hell, even an Arena, that ports 2 random enemy into one area.

(Whilst giving distance cover to give all classes some Benefit / Downside)

I know it will never happen, and it would probably go against the grand design of the Realm defending if it ever did ...

Well it would be kinda cool if it was like a colosseum where only 8 from each realm could teleport at the time, 24 at one time that is.

You can only stay in the colosseum for like 30mins and then you will be put last in line if you wanna go in there again.

It's a battle to the death and only those left standing will be allowed to stay the full 30 mins, the rest will be teleported out.

When only one realm is left, those who were on that realms team are rewarded realmpoints or whathaveyou and a new set of 24 players are teleported in.

A que system would be implemented, you enter the que by typing "/colosseum enter que" and when you're time is due you are presented by a "group join" dialog button, if you choose to accept you are teleported to the colosseum and wait for the rest of the teams to enter.

Would be kinda nice to pretend being a gladiator every now and then, it would not go against the CoC of non dueling since GoA will pretend to be the mythic god's who are testing their champions.

Like Thor would like to see his minions in armed combat against the worshippers of <insert alb/hib diety here>.

I've been thinking about this recently. I think it would be a great idea to have the equivalent of a 45-50 battleground for those who just want to porting to a place where they're guaranteed a quick fight, /releasing and porting back.

Not only would it end the ceaseless whines about Emain, but it would open up the Hib frontier to those who enjoy the non-zerg more strategic form of RvR. Orchestrate a whining campaign to mythic now.

Maybe emain will be less crowded when SI hits us here in europe, there are a couple of new zones for RvR experience then, just like DF has started sheltering a lot of our stealthers maybe SI will open dungeons for the rest.
