1- Those boots dont have spell damage on them. If you go with suggestion 4 below then swap them for fopppish sleeves as they have better util.
2- Power pool is low, try and get it up.
3- You are embuing energy resists before capping your melee resists. get them capped first.
4- Tart is not as good as DR staff, use that if you can. DR staff has a better RUT on the charge aswell as much better caps and toa bonuses.

Oki gonna have a new go at it, what resists can be lowered with out to much hassle??

And the melee resists... if a tank get close enough to me to hit me I am dead anyway unless the healers of the grp can put in some overtime hehe

And if i'm solo i'm dead for sure when I meet a tank.

The spell damage are on the boots, it's just not RvR, but PvE (took the boots from that database made for LOKI so didn't double check it).

You really dont need high +skill on a spec nuker. Its okay if you can get it but really spec points over 50 only adds 1-2 dmg per point.

Ofc on a class like enchanter you really need to get that +11 light in.
