I didn't really notice whether Everton played 'OK' and Arsenal raped them anally or whether Arsenal were just playing a REALLY bad Everton side.

7 goals though, thats an insane score and really made my season - If arsenal carry a fifth of that skill through to next season I think Chelsea wont have it as easy.

Added bonus was seeing Bergkamp setting up 3 and scoring 1. Sad to see Edu play for the last time in an arsenal shirt but good to see him get a goal, he looked positively choked up when they paraded him round the grounds despite a few jeers from the supporters. So what if he's an alleged moneygrabber, I'd have him in MY Arsenal side over Gilberto.

I just sincerely hope they reach an agreement on Dennis. He's my fave of the bunch.

I think the reason Edu is leaving is partially because he knows he won't be guaranteed a first team place next season with Flamini / Fabregas / Gilberto / Vieira all in central midfield as well as probably another signing in summer. He wants to go to Spain. I'll be gutted to see him leave but wish him the best because he has been quality for us and always put in 100%. I was a bit choked when he scored the penalty and any fans that booed him and fuck off to be honest. Bergkamp was on fire. He'll get another contract purely for the service he has given us over the 10 years. I was at his first game and remember seeing a caricature of him on the front of the front of the matchday programme. Was an awesome day 'cus he was our most expensive buy at the time. He is fantastic and I hope he'll stay behind the scenes when he does retire.

Next season I think you'll see more of the Arsenal of last season. We suffered from injuries/media/transfer talk quite a bit this season and our total would usually win us the title except Chelsea had a phenomenal season. With a bit more depth in squad we'll easily compete with Chelsea and there unlimited bank account.

Even Moyes said it was nothing but an embarrassment. Wouldn't think a place in the qualifying stages of next seasons champs league makes up for being humiliated domestically.

I had a jolly old laugh yesterday, it said in The Scum something like..

"Arsenal showed Everton what its going to be like fighting The top 3 teams in the Premiership and in Europe next season"

I was crying with laughter... The only team in the top 3 to really give us any serious trouble was, Arsenal. We gave Chelsea the fight for their lives on two occasions - and on one we only had 10 players. Man Utd failed to beat us at all in the Premiership, infact we got a win over them.

Its class how papers know farkall about results.. We will do well with an extra 6 or 7 players who are decent next season, added with a few players from lower divisions (Just like Cahill)
