28-35 Tank stuff - Where is it?!

Where can I find some nice jewelry for a level 28-35 tank? I found some nice odds and sods when I was leveling my necro but I cannae remember where I found them.

I am mainly looking for ROG stuff that will give me some niceish resists or stats.

Any help would be appreciated.

Giants skellies in cornwall or SP at night drops 2 rare jewells, one for cabbie/sorc and the other for tanks.
There's a mob neutral in LB near the merchants whit weird name house who drops some nice neckies.
Hamadriads drops a good tank ring.

Theres a nice OTD plate breastplate in Catacombs. lvl30-35 i think.
