Yes you read that right

7.5 on a good day, i once went up to 8 stone when i was well fed for a year

So people, how do i put on weight and also how does one start bulking up in the muscle department

Its not going to be easy as i have been tiny my whole life, and i tend to eat 1 meal a day if that.

Im also a vegetarian, but possibly for not much longer

How do i fatten up FH-OT?

First one to mention parmos gets shot

Eat loads of carbs before you go to bed as that's the worst thing to do when trying to lose weight.

Oh! And with sauce. Not just with healthy oil, but pasta + fat sauces.

I dont know if fatty meats will help, but one problem with meat is it's protein thus your body takes longer to break it down. The problem there is you'll be full for longer. Carbs break down faster i believe.

I think Tris is good with the old weight loss/gain so maybe pm him if he does not post anything

Get a meal plan.

Wake up, large bowl of porridge oats with milk (semi), 9:30 i have a tub of either chicken or tuna, with jacket potatoes (1) or pasta. At 11 i have a protein shake ("meal replacement") with 30+ grams of protein per 100g. at 1 i'll have 2 sandwiches with brown bread, tuna chicken or ham. Depends on the day.
shake at 2

more pasta chicken etc at 3:30 then a good meal for tea (7ish) curry or something, use the right ingredients although it wont really matter wanting to burn fat off at 7 stone. Shake at 9.

You must also work out 4 times a weak including a workout routine.

Thats what Mr Britain 2006 gave to me anyway

Mate I'm 28 and was 7.5 to 8 stone for most of my adult life. I'm 9st 7 ish now, and it's not been easy.

First of all there is no magic fix, you need to bring your meals up to 3 a day then up to 5 or 6 (or maybe 3 meals, 3 protein shakes). You ened to get to a place where your body feels hungry when you miss a meal. You can stay veggie if you take whey protien as a supplement.

As for weights, go for the power exercises, build up the weight as often as possible. Deadlifts, squats, bench press, bent over rows, barbell curls, chins and pull ups should be your basics.

You are so light and don't eat right, so tbh I'd concentrate on getting your diet right first.

Best way is to change your eating habits. Eat late at night, try and get a couple of plates of white rice down your throat every night for a couple of weeks. Rice, Pasta, Bread late at night as well as the regular meals you eat is a sure fire way of fattening up in the long run.

Jeros, just read some of the other suggestions here. To put on weight you really do not want to be packing in the carbs (pasta, bread etc). Carbs will give you weight true, but not muscle. I'm assuming you do not want to put on fat, but lean muscle mass. For this you will need a protein rich diet along with a good exercise plan.

do you eat eggs? Porridge is a good start to the morning, it's even better with two eggs. Eggs give you a good amount of proteins along with the amino acids needed for your body to process them.

For you I'd suggest starting with 3 meals for a few weeks (as you only eat one at the moment, 5 or 6 is too big a jump).

morning - porridge, 2 eggs.

lunch - jacket with some beans and cheese / sandwich with some veggie protien substitute for filling

main - whatever you want

and try adding a couple of whey protein shakes a day to that.

Take up smoking. 40 a day to start with. You can build up to 120 a day over a few months. After each cigarette eat a donut. Make sure you brush your teeth with full fat cola

Every Monday, go to Tesco and buy 7 kiddies birthday cakes - you know the victoria sponge ones covered in that thick really sweet icing crap. Get the most vibrant color ones. The more E numbers the better. East a cake a day - preferably just before going to bed.

Keep a bowl of maltesers by your bed. Set an alarm for 4am and eat the entire bowl before going back to sleep

When you wake up, drive (do NOT walk) to the nearest greasy spoon and order a £10 all day special. Wash down with a 1.5L bottle of cherry aid.

Get in your car. Pick a big mac up on the way.

Drive to the nearest sugar refinery and roll around in a vat of sugar until covered. Find a cow. Get the cow to lick you clean. This won't help you put on weight but you'll feel funky after.

Drive to Brick Lane and eat £20 worth of curry

Now lunch. Start with a KFC bargain bucket. Go home and play computer games till 3pm. Do not masturbate - you can't afford the callorie loss. At 3pm order in a large pizza. At 6pm drive to Burger King and pig out.

are you trying to put on weight or muscle?

either way, the basic principle is to eat more calories than you burn.

and unless your one meal a day contains 6 parmos, i reckon youre no where near what you need.

and btw, parmo is very healthy and if you include a few it will bump your calories easy.

one chicken breast
coat in whisked egg
cover with wholemeal bread crumbs
cook at 200oc for 20 minutes.
cover in white sauce and grated cheese
cook for further 10 mins.

you can also make sweet potato chips to go with that.
300g sweet potato.
chop in to chips.
coat in olive oil
cook about 200oc untill theyre cripsy

you can also throw on a salad with that.

i dare anyone to tell me that isnt good for them.
its got protein, fat, carbs.

Lol, exactly my thought. Skip all the bs. Eat more, if that doesn't work eat some more. If that doesn't work "improve" the diet like these people said :p

as said, tbh eat more, but you do want to eat more stuff that is at least reasonably healthy. eating three pizzas a day will turn you into a sack of suet tbh.

if you weren't a veggie, I'd say tuck in to some lean red meat and lots of greens like spinach and green beans. eating more, or larger meals will be hard work at first, but your body will adjust, and some nutrients will become muscle and some will become some fat...which is good. a lot, less good but go with what is good for your length. if in doubt, go see a dietician!

If you build upto atleast 3 meals a day. Whatever it is, lol, anythings better than fuck all. You will gain weight.

If you are conscious (sp) of it, and want to do something then start eating.

I dont smoke, and will attempt to bring it up to 3 meals a day, im poor so its gonna be lots of homemade stuff. Trouble is my stomouch as shrunk so much i cant take much :/

We did say to go up to 3 meals a day, but I don't see the point of advising him to put on fat. He's got a perfect chance to build up a quality physique if he starts on the right track, no harm in giving him pointers to set him on the right path. Muscle also weighs more than fat, so it's best way to bulk up. I'm saying this as someone who has gone from 8 stone ish in December last year, to 9 stone by March and 9st 7 now, I was in a similar position to Jeros and without "technical" advice I would not have got as far as I have.

I just quit fucking smoking yesterday, on my 2nd day without cigs now. I swear, if I gain fat on my upper torso I'm going to smoke till I die.. Or resub to the gym, which is one main reason I quit... Might start on wednesday.. *Sways*
