well.. and i bet my arse half of the subscribers dont have a valid email registered so those mails prolly get bounced and flood the server trying to get thru to a inbox that doesent exist.

and for those that do have a valid email and all. its sad but not really GOAS fault ppl cant be arsed/dont had the time/didnt make it coz isp change etc....

Where does it say u need to keep u email ?
All u needed was keep u account PW safe coz account PW could NEVAH be chanced according to goa. So if goa chance the rules with no warning yes its goa fault.
With account PW u could go make a new email 100 times a day if needed so u could get new game PW, thats the only thing u email could do for u.
So if u never gave out u game PW which u not aloud to, why would u need u email. Payment and everything else is stated on account home page.

To get a PW sent to you rather than to an account you don't use? To get any info they may need to send to you (not used yet, but...)

Well following there own rules or some warning it would be no problem. But to make email the Validations of u account with no warning is silly. For people that never needed to chance game PW that email was of no use.
Well is goa they will fix this someday next week, they got peoples addres so can be send there.
Lets say they would have said you will get u PW send to u home, now that would have been fair, coz everybody remember to chance addres on goa account homepage RIGHT ?

I have to say i agree with zapzap, i havnt recieved my email because i have no idea what email i used to subscribe as it was two and a half years ago and as subscribtion page is down i cant check. i cant use either of my 2 accounts as this is the case with both. im not sure how to sort this out, but i spose it is my fault althought i didnt think this would happen in all fairness.

by law they dont even need to give you your password back for as long as they like aslong as you actually get it and the time is reimbursed

I found my email reactived it today after trying 200000 diff PW.

But i guess they allready tried to send it to me and went return, small warning would have made it so easy for 98 % of people with that problem.

No problem here. I got all three new passwords emailed to me int he alloted 24hr. (Though between the first (at 00:30 and the last at 15:40) there was a good amount of hours.

You get to guess which password belongs to which account, as this is not detailed on in the email (And I'm glad it's not.

Give GOA a bit of time to make a list with all the bounced emails. I'm sure they have a net waiting for all the mails that are undeliverable.

Well.. got 1´st pw after 21 hours... didnt get my second pw at all.. and its on the same eamil account... SAME EMAIL...
