January!! ffs thats ages away!!

I dont want to watch the trailer thanks....

I find it spoils the plot. Sky has a habit of ruining the plot line by showing bits of the next episode in their adverts for it....bastards.

Looks like someone leaked it. Oops!

Personally I think they leak them on purpose. Its teh same as viral marketing.

Leaked my arse: dont believe the PR twats.

2 eps air next Sunday
2 eps air next Monday
All 4 are available on DVD the next day

As is perfectly normal these days the DVDs turn up a bit early (10 days - expected them earlier really) and work their way through the internets tubes.

Should have them all to watch back-to-back tomorrow night.

Bring back the TV and Films section so I don't have to trawl through the shit in the General forum to discuss all the shows starting up again ;)

First 2 eps were good I thought. Pretty run of the mill 24 start to the season but a good one. Very tense and plenty of good action and twists.

Looking forward to watching eps 3 and 4 tonight.

ep4:

Holy shit. Well it only took 5 seasons, but they finally managed to blow something up! That was amazing.

They've done the nuke angle before in season 2. So with that and the tone of the music at the end of episode 4, it was obvious to me that it'd blow. 4 more left though, so plenty of time to find those and not let them go. Especially as they had to orgestrate a lot to get the guy out of prison to re-arm that one. Who's going to re-arm the others. Stupid father could have rushed the damn guy though.

Jack should have let Curtis kill Bashir ;)

In all honesty you aren't missing much now. It's pretty much run of the mill these days.

Battestar is where it's at.

Episode 4...

So is Jack going to have feeble mutoid sperm, and his hair falling out now? Is he going to go all weeping wound like, and drop dead? Or is he too far away? Where is ginger man? Where is bald man with glasses? I hope those two are still in it, or at the very least, ginger man. More random thoughts to follow...

Oh ffs. Do me a favour.

Are they so devoid of good writers that the only way they feel they can impress the public is to write even more deception and plot twists into the story?

Agreed.

Seriously dodgy scriptwriting. The twists are coming so thick they are almost always predictable now.

I won't give up quite yet though. :)

Well that was a pretty awesome ending. Stuff like that has been missing from 24 for a while.

How to Kick Ass, by Jack Bower :) Honestly thought one of the nukes would be missing, as one of the suitcases wasn't open. But the call from Audrey shows that the last 7 episodes will be about the recovery of her and a possible confrontation with China again. Can't wait.
