Anyone anticipating any good films this year?

I've already watched a couple of films this year that were as good as, if not better than anything I saw in 2010. I recommend them both.

First was Black Swan

Didn't expect to enjoy a film about a ballerina but it turned out to be dark and fantastic.

Then I watched True Grit

A remake of the classic John Wayne western, but really well done. Think I preferred it to the original.

What else is there to look out for this year?

The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn (2011) - IMDb

Just went by my parents place today to find 4 of the original Belvision animated Tintin 50 minute movies/episodes on Betamax. Tintin was a HUGE part of my childhood, so tomorrow I will go see if I can get them converted to DVD somewhere. The thing about these Belvision Tintins is that you can't buy them anywhere. Hergé Studios or w/e they are called only sell the new Nelvana episodes

Hopefully I'll get it sorted. To those of you who've never seen the Belvision movies here are two examples. First one is the new ones and the second is the original Belvision

I just noticed that Lindelof, Kurtzman and Orci are writers and producers for C&A.
In case you've been living under a rock for the last 6 years, they wrote "Lost" and "Fringe".
In fact the only one missing from the team is J.J.Abrams! I suppose that's why Steven Spielberg is on board with it. He's the "big name" to drive it in marketing.

...The semi digested 3D wang was a memorable moment in that film though tbh hehe especially when it kind of blobbed/splurged out of the screen

Well in Piranha 3D if you remember at the end of the film they said the piranhas were baby ones so was bound to be another Piranha 3D just with bigger fish mmmm

oh btw no spoiler needed, a 2 day old blind deaf crab could predict the entire film just by looking at the poster...or reading it in braille in the case of the 2 day old blind deaf crab.
