Thats right but when did TV Burp become noticed and popular? Not until recently, when it went more towards Screenwipe piss taking rather than Harry Hill piss taking.

TV Burp has been popular for a long time, it's only this/last series that it has become praised critically and publicly. And as for a change of style towards being "more Screenwipe" you should go and watch the old ones, the format of the show is basically identical.

A poor attempt at salvaging face with that response Trem, I expect better! Face it, TV Burp came a long time before Screenwipe, and neither show are a particularly original format. Shows like this have always existed and they all take from each other... it's incredibly ignorant of you regarding TV history and genres to say a show like TV Burp is ripping off something like Screenswipe.

I have watched TV Burp from the beginning and liked it from the beginning and I noticed the change of style to more edgy piss taking recently.

I wasn't trying to save face I was simply giving my opinion which in my opinion is the correct opinion. Because it isn't your opinion it doesn't make it wrong.

If you aren't a fan of Charlie Brooker then fair enough but the argument still stands that he influenced TV Burp in latter years, you can do Brooker bashing thats fine, if you dislike him thats fine but there is definitely no denying he has influenced Harry bloody Hill

a remark close to my heart as Jeff Buckley is a legend to me also (he ended up number 2 in the fucking charts).
