i think it would be good if i have access to it all, ie tier one and tier two, there is so much shit around that clogs up my searches and what not i would be happy to see it vanish. Companies that that sell stuff that is worth buying will be able to afford to pay for the extra (whatever) shit merchants who selel crap will go out of business, win win.

To those who even think about supporting it, you wouldn't mind your DAoC patches downloading at a pathetic 10kB/s because GOA didn't pay extra money to your ISP for fast downloads? FreddysHouse forums could always go through the slow users 10mbit/s link which is filled to capacity whilst the other companies who pay for it will get that faster gigabit link to your ISP.
