First : Can u use 2 of the same artifacts at the same time ? (Can I use 2 x Scorpion's Tail rings???)

second : Does Belt of the Moon summon a 1hand mace for the cleric when using the lvl 10 ability, and if so, whats the stats?

you can only use one of each artifact, and i dunno what the stats on the moon wep will be

Goodie, scrapped the idea using 2 of the same artifacts, still need the stats on the 1hand mace from BotM.. ANyone got em?

* 40pr tick dot with 35% snare that lasts for 20 secs
* Power: 6% of power pool
* Bonus to duration of spells 5%
* 5 min duration buff that supposedly steals 20 d/q off target, and gives you 100% absorbtion with 100 value against a given dmg type for 30 secs.

It summons both a mace and a staff for a cleric - same stats on both

+3 ALL magic skills
9% power
24 Acuity

50 focus all lines (yes, on cleric version, itll do nothing, I know)

6% bonus to casting speed
5% reduction in targets item-based resists (? what activates this? havent had a chance to test yet ...)

5 charges of DD with resist debuff (body)
