I'd pick the SI template, about the same in basic stats n stuff, but heal proc >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> ae dot proc.

aye. Ill stick to the SI one, cba rly to farm immolated ring and GoV for more 3 dex afterall ;p regarding the 99% boots, ill get some mp ones, i just couldnt get anyone. but when i have them i can cap 2% more body and slash ressistance as im a dwarf so body will be at 30 and slash at 28%
