1fg hib stealther amg odins

Never seen your Inf Uma solo when I've solo'd in just about every frontier zone.

It can't go to emain cos 6 Hib stealthers can't compete with the 2fg of Alb and now Mid stealthers since Mid got str relics there.

Almost forgot, Infils at AMG can (and do) exploit a theurgist buffbot at PK too for damage add, cleric buffs I can compete with, cleric + theurg, no chance, it totally negates my 46 points in pathfinding and when my bow and stealth line are already negated vs infils, my 39 peirce and 23 celtic dual hardly compare to their 50 thrust, whatever venom, whatever CS and whatever DW.

I like it in Odin's. Always has. I'm either there solo or grouped with Marius and/or friends and I will keep on doing so because I enjoy it. (I gotta remember to stop eating the yellow snow though)

Btw, since me and Marius was mentioned, neither of us has a buffbot. We mostly rely on our 40 pathfinding selfbuff spec.

Shadows merged with Warders of the 7th Sigil, because we were never more than 6 people online at a time, usually only 2-4. Never enough to claim a keep, and guild chat was at a minimal, and Warders was the best guild around.

I don't get your point here. Just because we are high RR we are supposed to be in Emain? What if we don't like being in Emain? Do we have to go there anyway?

And please stop generalizing about all hib stealthers using buffbots. Sure, I sometimes borrow buffs from a friendly druid when grouped, but I'd say 80-90% of the time I'm only on selfbuffs since I don't find any real pleasure in beating someone while druid buffed.

It's called paranoia, there were NOT 2fg there, at peak there were 1fg + Me solo for around 10mins then some suicided dropping to around 6 total.

There were however ~6 - 8fg Albs in Odins at one point all together however, also there was at least 6 SBs together there at one point too.

Oh and btw, I went to HW solo last night, only to be de-stealthed by a See Hidden infil and shot to shite by a scout at the same time who were duoing together. Shame my RAs weren't up and I was being decent and running unbuffed unlike them for once really cos they were shite enough to beat both at once.

So yes, we'll carry on hunting in groups, yes we'll carry on using buffs, the only reason Alb stealthers don't like it is because it means they can't just gank solo targets with their 3+ fully buffed stealthers anymore, boo-fucking-hoo for them. You created the situation, you fix it, solo yourselves and we will too.

We were duo'ing yes. You had IP up the first time. You were buffed, unless thats a hell of alot of self buffs you had (I accept I may be wrong on this as I don't totally know Rangers so please correct me if im wrong) and we wern't buffed. At all. Ever.

Ask the fg hibs to count the lack of dropped buffs next time. Tbh taking on a ranger unbuffed solo is risky. There are rangers that go HW alot (Aralina springs to mind) than can completly out melee me. Whether thats her spec, her buffs, a buffbot or what I dont know. Has made me wary of jumping a ranger now, and you had just dropped 2 albs a few mins before hand so we had the assumption it was a buffed ranger. Hence the duo. Its possible that we may have taken you solo, however its a long run back to HW if it turns out we're wrong

Erm, if I'd had IP up I'd have used it, I didn't. I'd just been in Odin's where my buffbot was, couldn't be arsed to port her, the fights in HW are usually 1 vs 1 and both unbuffed so not so much of a fan of using buffs against non-buffeds, I agree it's unfair and lame (but no more so than duoing vs soloers or using SH to lure others onto soloers). I'd used IP and Purge there whilst fighting a couple of Albs with some others only to have 6fg more Albs run over me making it a complete waste so I took a quick couple of trips to HW.

- Purge was down.

- IP was down.

- FA2 was up - useless unless kiting.

- I was self buffed.

- Aralina doesn't have a buffbot afaik.

It's a shame, because imo both of you would have been nice close fair fights 1 vs 1 which could've gone either way.

Swear you IP'd but doesnt matter. I'm probably wrong. You say Aralina doesnt have a bot .. does she get buffs from another source? Ive met here 4-5 times, all unbuffed and died in all but one occasion when she was sat down. A full PA chain takes off half her health .. from there I can still die, even though im on full hp. Even after all that theres still IP to contend with.

Hence I dont like going for rangers solo when im unbuffed as the chances are i'll get my ass handed to me on a plate. I don't mind if im in emain, odins etc, but in HW its a bloody mission to get back there. Hunters on the otherhand..

Anyway.. I only replied to your first post because you assumed we were buffed, while neither of us were. Give infs self buffs imo

Aralina is 39 peirce, 39 celtic dual, 36 pathfinding spec I think so should give most chars a run for their money in melee. I don't think she gets buffs off anyone else either, I say this because it's not all that common you see a Hib buffbot ported to hadrians, at least the times I've been there the PKs generally been empty. I might be wrong though - it's not something I specifically look for

I'm 39 peirce, 46 pathfinding, 30 stealth, 27 recurve bow, 23 celtic dual.
