so, i seen the blood and gore on various youtube video's, is there an option for cleaning it up a bit for younger players, or am i going to have to ban my son from watching me play? because he'll be wanting to play it also.

I wont be playing this until june anyways due to vacation hence the question now.

Theres an option to disbale mature content (gore, blood and nipples iirc)

I don't have to say that i would very much dislike anyone letting anyone under 18 play this?
