hehe now questions keep spawning. One thing, how much stealth is required to avoid unstealthing, when you want to shoot someone. Sometimes i get uncovered before first shot, other times it works ok. Is it stealth lvl based or just a risk u have ?

Flat chance of 2% per skill point in bow for normal shots.
Something like 1.5% per skill point for critical shots.
Skill points above 50 dont count.

Thats what I have read ages ago.

I`m sure it was changed that you unstealth when you nock an arrow.

I maybe wrong, hopefully an archer will come along soon...

Dont pin me down there Xest. What I wrote is what I could recall. I think I've read that somewhere around the release of DAoC so I might recall it wrong.

This is the formula for Hunter's it's probably the same for all archer's.

If you have 20 stealth at level 40, you have a 50% chance of staying stealthed when firing. Critical shots are like normal shots, only the chance is reduced by 20%. The same character would only have a 30% chance of staying stealthed if he tried to fire a Critical Shot.

Maybe Hunters bow spec doesn't work above 50 cos they're gimped ?

Nah seriously, I'm 99.9999% sure all archers stealth works exactly the same
