How important is +11 in a shadowblade template?

9 dmg higher PA cap per specpoint in CS for instance. Up to you if you want to have 99 dmg higher PA cap or not.

If you use the CS styles ( Garrote / Achilles / Hamstring / Leaper etc ) regurarely, make sure you have +11 CS on template.

If you never use CS styles ( not specced for it, for instance ), then don't waste imbue points on them.

and another thing: could you guys post your SB stats? Been tinkering on a template and just want to know how much ine very stat i should aim for (fully buffed ofc)

My SB is a Kobold with a 2h sword (don't comment on my critblade spec...not only am I not changing anytime soon, but it won't affect my stats in any way) and his fully uber-buffed stats (full red buffs with 25% better buffs and MoA2) are as follows:
307 Strength
284 Constitution
374 Dexterity
286 Quickness
Hits 1905

(That's with Augmented Strength/Dexterity/Quickness 2)

When I'm unbuffed, I have:
152 Strength
130 Constitution
219 Dexterity
something around 180 Quickness
1317 Hits
