I'd wish for good health for me and my family. I can get everything else I need with hard work.

nothing else matters

.... fag.
You also would destroy the value of 'money' by flooding the market
money is a means to an end, nothing more,
A lifetimes supply of nutella. and (chocolate) flapjacks. and bacon.
I'm thinking with those three, it'd be a short life, yet pleasureable.
Don't have to flood it but I'd consider that a win too .
Obviously you may have to be less specific in the wish if aiming for a cashless utopia.
Something along the lines of wishing for an unlimited amount of whichever currency was the most {edit} (whatever the word is for top of the currency food chain at any given time).
Agreed and I'd like to have so much of it that money becomes irrelevant for all. I'd become a one man wealth redistribution machine until every other bugger realised it was a pointless thing to accumulate and thereby make all forms currency worthless in one fell swoop.
It'd then be a bit like Star Trek:TNG but Socialism has it's flaws too.
A selfish wish I'm afraid. I'd like to be recovered from my appendectomy but my wounds have opened up and I have a trench running 5cm deep through the centre of my stomach, packed with sea-weed like material to help it drain and heal from the base up.
So, yes, a simple selfish wish to just be better.
Im still amazed none commented on the abilitity of time traveling.
Talk about having infinite credits in the life arcade machine
Infinite money.
be a lurikeen irl
