Famine, named alp luachra close to basar(up with the amadans/pookhas), kinda rare spawn, drops a +2 light/mana +9 int ring at level 32+
Other otd i know for a chanter is oak man but he sucks ;/

There is loadsa loadsa OTDs, I had a nice complete list of em sometime, but can't remember where I have it anymore. Famine have a nice OTD yeh, but it not exactly easy to get him to spawn. Btw, all otd is lvl 26+ I think it was.

Lev 25) Wilde - Fairy Horse, near Moon Lake. Drops a Druid/Bard/Warden WILDE'S MANE: +3 nurture +4 Empathy
Lev 26) Brannigan - 56000, 16900 LUCKY GOLD CHAIN: (jewlery) +4 dexterity +3quickness +3 constitution. East from Ceannai until you see a Curmudgeon camp along the eastern wall of the zone, turn right (south). Head south through the trees to loc 56000,16900. Here you will see a rock with a gem in it. Brannigan spawns on this rock. Took four nights for him to pop. He spawned at 2300 hours. --Spawned on the Rock near morning 5 hours. Killed him, both people in party got coin.

Lev 37) Named Luch Hunter outside of Treibh Caillte dungeon. Have only seen him once and he had a really wierd name. Really long too. Drops a Cats Tail which is a sash. Goes around waist and adds dex, health, con I believe. Name was something like Basihneldiacch.
