So we got the following armour procs:

Level 49 Reactive Effects

Reactive coil arcanium armor tincture - 35% snare, 15-second duration
Reactive depletion arcanium armor tincture - 55 power drain
Reactive draining arcanium armor tincture - 100 omni drain

But I'm wondering about the Pow drain one, does it heal the pow back to me of the dmg done? eg.

Mincer1 hits you for 39(-2) Damage!
You drain Mincer1 for 55 Power!
You get 55 Power from Mincer1!

I'm guessing it does as omni drain does pretty much that just with all stats

omniproc gives 50%hp 30% end 20% power iirc

you should look on the official websites as it will say if the power drain is 100% return or 80% etc

aye getting them soon :) proc looks really nice tbh.

does the snare work differently to other snares? e.g if i root an enemy then it gets broken (he has immunity) and then starts hitting me, snare proc goes off on him..does the snare effect him?

roots and snares are different, as far as i know snares have no immunity, and once they go off, you are snared untill someone/something hits you to break the snare...but you should be able to be re-snared imediately.

think the skald snare has immunity and doesn't work if someone has been rooted

snare styles don't have immunity, spells have immunities.

question .. pitstop does the omni proc give vamps power or it works like power pots and vamps aint invited to the party ?

They probably woulnt proc alot, but the omni procs would be better than ablative procs for a cleric simply because its free power when some noob tank hits you :p

49 end from a proc is nuts! The rest aint half bad either. Doesn't seem that much different, if at all to snakecharmers now.

the heretic focus aoe snare doesn't give immunity and the rm supp line spec snare+dd's work a little different iirc
