it's not all that

the higher delve smite means losing spreadheal and it's just not worth it for a range 750 smite that'll get interrupted

suppose it's probably nice when MoCing on a tank, don't think I'm convinced enough to respec to it though.

Aye, because albs are oh-so-overpowered already! I'd hardly concider the smite changes dramatic, as there's no way in hell I'd get a smite cleric over a rejuv cleric :x The pala change is more like a fix, so that just leaves the wizard.
