1.77 Begins, and Lamorak is Open for Testing

Our test version of the Classic Server Ruleset is now up!

A couple of important items to note:

With this version, Lamorak is now open for testing. Lamorak is a Classic ruleset server with two main features: no access to Trials of Atlantis content, and a "ranged buff" system. As this version is focused on the new server type, we will only have a handful of tweaks and fixes for the other ruleset servers. We will resume with our standard version procedures with Version 1.78.

Characters on Lamorak will be maintained on the server until Version 1.77 is moved to live servers on July 12, 2005. At that time, all character data (including houses and guilds) on Lamorak will be wiped and Lamorak will be launched as a live server. At that time, players who are eligible for the new server preview (those who had active accounts by midnight on July 1, 2005 EDT) will be able to create characters on Lamorak and Gareth when they go live on the 12th, and no further data will be wiped out. Otherwise, the servers will be live to everyone on July 14th.

Haha, i'm rolling hib when servers go live but had a little fun in albland on the test server..... my lvl 8 sorc is TEH roxx in Lions den (5-9 BG).
1850 range ae mez at lvl 5 is pretty damn nice when noone have speed/purge/resists..

Yea i know Was working last night, as i'm working now..
Proving grounds when the servers go live will be cool though, 2-3k zerg in one zone?
