couldnt be assed reading whole thread but unless im wrong. there IS a rp cap. BUT once u hit it u DONT get booted out of BG and u DONT get any more rp's hence rr5 lvl24 inf impossible

True, but there are people taking advantage of that. You can still earn Realm Points outside the BG's - so there have been cases of people going to a keep seige with lvl<whatever> characters and using siege weapons such as boiling oil to earn RP - after that they can still return to Thid, so you've got people who are effectivly RR2 (I think thats the RP cap for lvl24) running around causing all kinds of mischief which kind of soils the BG experience in my eyes

Do /level and raise him to 4, you'll insta ding to 5 on the first kill and ubah pnwz0r the rest
