They're on the caster HP table (or atleast it looks that way) - for some reason my Thane has less HP than an SB 3 levels below me

Well, if it works same way with clerics and smite, then you shouldn't be able to debuff for a thane. But you are mids, you can always have more than us...

Well, it would be much more reasonable if it worked independently of class. But as atm debuffs don't work for clerics, necros and reavers you can hardly say it is a whine. Maybe making it work for thanes will make them think they should fix them for everyone...
