- Added new bindable keys for Right Handed Weapon Slot, Two Handed Weapon Slot, and Ranged Weapon slot. Pressing these keys will act the same as if you had dragged the icon to the quickbar and clicked on it.

Will save us minstrels/bards lots of space on the qbars

anyway, why not slot for the offhand? for as far as i remember pressing right handed slot when wielding a 2h weapon doesn't make you wield the shield/offhandweapon.

Nope, quite sure it doesn't.. at least wardens have been wanting that change forever (to be able to cast lower lvl pbt spells due to mana drain on 6 sec pbt)
And according to warden boards it doesn't show older spells

It does, that was changed in like 1.5x or so. Used to be like you say tho before that was changed.

This change comes in 1.65 so even if it lets you use lower level spells I doubt you will use hinder spirit since all forms of attack speed debuffs no longer interrupts after 1.64.
