I think its only darkness runies have the cold debuff. Darkness SMs have spirit, body and energy debuffs which tbh I find as much use as a chicken with teeth. Long-ish cast, single target. Zero use to SM himself in RvR. Spirit debuff is nice in PvE with focus damage shield since the damage shield got fixed but thats about it really.

I think mythic need to rethink their respec policy, they're making a lot of people unhappy (especially considering they don't even follow it).

Nope. They'd just /release and come back whining Seriously though, they look like some long needed fixes for Archers. I bet some people will cry "OMG! Gimp Archers!" When they, shock horror, get killed by one for once.
