No, as it's still being tested and there's some minor stuff to be ironed out as usual.
Educated guess would be first or maybe second week of August.

In that case I wouldn't linger too much with the leveling, a few weeks are gone before you know it

Just forget worrying about it at all...you know it takes the slacking idiots at GOA forever and a day to get anything done, and then more screw-ups, etc on top of that.
