"However, we are keeping part of the capping changes: We've raised the player stat caps so that high level buff spells will not exceed the cap. Players who receive high level buff spells from friendly casters will notice this change the most. This means that races that a high starting stat (such as strength or dexterity) will now be able to buff it a bit more than those races that do not have a high starting stat. "
means that Trolls, Saracens and Firbolgs won't hit softcaps in Str/Dex when fully buffed. NOT that they allow the top spec buffs to exceed the 75 statcap when modified by spec/level/RAs. Such a change would be utterly uke: as the only ones likely to get the spec44 Str/Con buff and spec50 Dex/Qui buffs are buffbots, hence would only actually improve things for buffbotters.

I shouldn't suffer for me choosing a class which is recommended (by their info thingy) as a good rouge. Over 300 dex/str etc should be just as useful as under.
