This template needs the tank Scurceol's Belt, the Hooded Blades Cloak of a tank (u can get it if u have a low 40s tank alt or a friend with the lvl 50 Restoring Magic Cloak who doesnt need the hooded one) n Mps on the cheap parts of armor (sleeves, boots, gloves). Its for an ice wiz, but u can easily change it into fire/earth or wotever just changing the cold magic bonus on staff n chest for fire/earth:

ok say i added +ice and earth jewls,
then i respecced to fire (which i might do)
is there anyway of changing ice to fire on the armour ?

No. So put the +Cold on gloves, boots and sleeves so you can replace them as cheap as possible.
(though why you would want to respec to Fire is beyond me)
