Archetype
- The Champion Level disease spells have had their duration reduced to 30s in all realms.
Items
- All realm respec stones should once again be usable when a character below level 20 or 40 has used up 1 of their 2 free realm respecs.
- The following changes have been made to crafted Celerity tinctures:
Celerity tinctures now co-exist but do not stack with class celerity spells.

- Fixed an issue with the Aura of Magic Power ability dropping periodically when using Cloudsong, Crown of Zahur, Ensorcelled Mystic Gem, and Arcane-Infused Armband.
- (Gaheris Only) The Relic Fragment abilities Dagda's Wisdom, Merlin's Guidance, and Valhalla's Call now grant a greater chance to not be outright resisted instead of a bonus to resist pierce and spell damage.
Master Levels
- The Sojouner ability Forceful Zephyr will no longer cast on players that have already been zephyred for the past 45 seconds. Attempting to use the ability on a player with immunity will result in "You cannot cast that spell" messages and will not reset the re-use timer.
- The Warlord ability Cowering Bellow can no longer be resisted.
- The Banelord ability Zone of Unmana once again interrupts enemy players.
Realm Abilities
- The Mastery of Magery realm ability has been adjusted as follows:
Level 1 - 2% reduced to 1%
Level 2 - 3% reduced to 2%
Level 3 - 4% reduced to 3%
Level 4 - 6% reduced to 5%
Level 5 - 8% reduced to 7%
Level 6 - 10% reduced to 9%
Level 7 - 12% reduced to 11%

- The Viper Realm Ability now affects Bleed damage instead of poison damage. The delves of the realm ability remain the same. Viper has been renamed to Hemorrhage.
Animist
- Pulsing Bladeturn spells will no longer affect fire and forget pets.
- Animists have been granted access to the Ichor of the Deep Realm Ability.
- Animists may now summon up to 8 pets instead of 5.
- The Damage and Debuff spell in the Creeping Path base spell line has had its Body Reistance Debuff reduced to an 8s duration at all levels.
- Animists have been given a forced full skill and realm respec.
Bard
- The Health Regeneration Song in the Regrowth Specialization line has been moved to the Nurture Specialization line.
- The Elemental and Soul Resistance Chants in the Music Specialization line have been moved to the Nurture Specialization line.
- The Mesmerization Dampening buffs in the Nurture specialization line has had their buff values reduced as follows:

- The Axe specialization has been changed as follows:
The level 29 Axe style, Havoc, has had its growth rate slightly increased and defense penalty removed.
The level 44 Axe style, Arctic Rift, now has a 5s stun effect instead of a bleed. Arctic Rift’s endurance cost has been increased.
The level 50 Axe style, Tyr’s Fury, now follows the side positional Glacial Movement instead of Havoc. Tyr’s Fury has had its endurance cost reduced and damage slightly increased.
Bonedancer
- The following adjustments were made to the damage scaling of the baseline Suppression Direct Damage spells:

The level 21 Critical Strike style, Perforate Artery, now has a 20/tick bleed instead of a 14/tick bleed.
The level 25 Critical Strike style, Achilles Heel, now has a 14/tick bleed instead of a 20% Attack Speed Debuff.
The level 29 Critical Strike style, Leaper, now has a 26/tick bleed instead of a 2% ABS debuff.
The level 39 Critical Strike style, Stunning Stab, now has a 32/tick bleed instead of 20/tick.
The level 44 Critical Strike style, Rib Separation, now has a 20s, -20/-40 AF random armor wither effect instead of a 5% ABS debuff. Rib Separation now follows the Hamstring style instead of Leaper.
The level 50 Critical Strike style, Ripper, now has a 20s, -20/-50 AF random armor wither effect instead of a 26/tick bleed. Ripper now follows the Achilles Heel style instead of Rib Separation.
A low growth rate, level 45 anytime style, Incapacitate, has been added to the Critical Strike line.
A level 46 followup style, Neck Shot, has been added to the Critical Strike line. This style hits the target’s helm. This style follows Incapacitate.
A level 47 followup style, Rib Shot, has been added to the Critical Strike line. This style hits the target’s chest. This style follows Incapacitate.
A level 48 followup style, Hip Shot, has been added to the Critical Strike line. This style hits the target’s legs. This style follows Incapacitate.

The charm spells should now behave identically to the Minstrel versions in regards to resists and Line of Sight checks. Illusions specialization level will still control the effectiveness of these spells.

- The Critical Strike specialization has been changed as follows:
The level 12 Critical Strike style, Hamstring, now has a 14/tick bleed instead of a 8/tick bleed effect.
The level 15 Critical Strike style, Thigh Cut, now has a 26/tick bleed effect.
The level 21 Critical Strike style, Perforate Artery, now has a 20/tick bleed instead of a 14/tick bleed.
The level 25 Critical Strike style, Achilles Heel, now has a 14/tick bleed instead of a 20% Attack Speed Debuff.
The level 29 Critical Strike style, Leaper, now has a 26/tick bleed instead of a 2% ABS debuff.
The level 39 Critical Strike style, Stunning Stab, now has a 32/tick bleed instead of 20/tick.
The level 44 Critical Strike style, Rib Separation, now has a 15s, -20/-40 AF random armor wither effect instead of a 5% ABS debuff. Rib Separation now follows the Hamstring style instead of Leaper.
The level 50 Critical Strike style, Ripper, now has a 20s, -20/-50 AF random armor wither effect instead of a 26/tick bleed. Ripper now follows the Achilles Heel style instead of Rib Separation.
A low growth rate, level 45 anytime style, Incapacitate, has been added to the Critical Strike line.
A level 46 followup style, Neck Shot, has been added to the Critical Strike line. This style hits the target’s helm. This style follows Incapacitate.
A level 47 followup style, Rib Shot, has been added to the Critical Strike line. This style hits the target’s chest. This style follows Incapacitate.
A level 48 followup style, Hip Shot, has been added to the Critical Strike line. This style hits the target’s legs. This style follows Incapacitate.

Paladin
- The Paladin Pure Celerity chant line of spells have been moved to the Damage Add and Celerity combination chant.
- The Damage Add and Celerity chant has had its values increased, levels changed, and range reduced as follows:
Level 21 moved to Level 18 - Battle Fury - 5.0 damage - 1500 range - 24% Celerity - 750 range
Level 28 moved to Level 26 - Greater Battle Fury - 6.4 damage - 1500 range - 28% Celerity - 750 range
Level 36 moved to Level 32 - Battle Zeal - 8.0 damage - 1500 range - 31% Celerity - 750 range
Level 46 moved to Level 44 - Greater Battle Zeal - 10.0 damage - 1500 range - 37% Celerity - 750 range
- The Paladin damage add and celerity chant co-exists but does not stack with the crafted celerity tinctures and new Friar celerity buff.
Ranger
- The Damage Table of the Celtic Dual weapon line has been increased slightly.
- Rangers will now be granted Evade IV at Level 35.
- Moved the Celtic Dual style, Frozen Comet, from level 42 to 35.
- Added a new style, Twin Star I, to Celtic Dual at level 33. Twin Star I has a 4s stun effect and follows the level 25, off-evade style, Tornado. The level 44 Celtic Dual style has been renamed to Twin Star II.
- Rangers have been given a forced full skill respec.
Reaver
- The damage of the Realm Rank 5 ability Soul Quench has had its damage value reduced from 250 to 200.
- The level 44 Flexible style, Cobra, has had its style proc changed from a lifedrain to a direct damage spell proc.
- The level 50 Flexible style, Leviathan, is once again a rear positional and has had its direct damage spell proc reduced from 153 to 95 damage.
- The radius of the Point Blank AoE Absorption Debuff in the Soulrending specialization line has had its radius increased to 425 units.
- The following Soulrending instant lifedrains have been adjusted in range, re-use time, and been changed to direct damage spells as follows:
Level 1 - Vigor Siphon - 1500 range - 20s reuse - 5 spirit damage
Level 8 - Energy Siphon - 1500 range - 20s reuse - 28 spirit damage
Level 19 - Vitality Siphon - 1500 range - 20s reuse - 64 spirit damage
Level 32 - Spirit Siphon - 1500 range - 20s reuse - 104 spirit damage

- The single-target Damage and Debuff spells in the Runes of Darkness specialization line have been removed.

- The Bolt spells in the Runecarving baseline have had their cast times increased to 2.5s.
- The Bolt spells in the Runes of Destruction specialization line have had their cast times increased to 2.5s.
- The following adjustments were made to the damage scaling of the baseline Suppression Direct Damage spells:

- The Axe specialization has been changed as follows:
The level 29 Axe style, Havoc, has had its growth rate slightly increased and defense penalty removed.
The level 44 Axe style, Arctic Rift, now has a 5s stun effect instead of a bleed. Arctic Rift’s endurance cost has been increased.
The level 50 Axe style, Tyr’s Fury, now follows the side positional Glacial Movement instead of Havoc. Tyr’s Fury has had its endurance cost reduced and damage slightly increased.
