0800 BW dial up

Isnt it about time BW launched a 0800 dialup? I know it was talked about before.There is a real need for a good free call isp now dayz because all the others SUCK!
I would use the 0845 BW dialer now if i could get online with it. but i cant so i ask here for support for a 0800/0808 service

All the other decent 0800 ISPs have gone down the pan. Wiuld hate to see BW follow suit.

Most companies that offer an unmetered dialup and seem to make a profit also charge a monthly fee on top of the BT fee, and I can't see you all racing to sign up to that. So I doubt it'll happen.

i'm on an 0844 with demon atm, best I can find. I wish more did it though. Demon is one of the only 0844's which doesn't have 'fuck off our servers' time limit.

BWs hands are tied because most of the cheaper numbers mean a drop in performance and this is unlikely to be what BW dialup users expect from BW, but its something that you can't get away from when offering the free/cheaper numbers.

Demon 0844 was what I used back in the 56k days. It's very good indeed.
