Surely there can be no excuse not to get one now??

Look here:

ARGOS

Bearing in mind what I said Here you must seriously consider getting one if only to play some corking games while you still can?

Don't make such sweeping genralisations. It will be your undoing. I can think of lots of excuses not to get one.

1) I don't want one
2) The games dont appeal to me
3) The controller sucks cock
4) In my opinion there are better games out on PS2 and soon to be Gamecube
5) Future support is out of the question, so if it breaks you're fucked.
6) Dreamcast was a great console, that's why it lasted 2 years as opposed to the typical 5+
7) No new games
8) Shenmue is an example of the worst game ever.
9) I fI did buy one I'd be in with the elitist crowd who seem irrationally to think that PlayStation 2, and Sony in general, is the devil, and anyone who enjoys their PS2 is not a true gamer and only plays FIFA.
10) No Tony Hawk's 3

I think that's about it. Oh yeah. That 42 quid could get me a copy of Silent Hill 2 or Jak and Dexter, the next two games on my must buy before WipEout Fusion comes out list.

Does it come with the usual £100 bundle of games though? (jet set / msr / that other game no-one cares about because it has jet set) I'll get one if it does :/

Especially since those are all "reasons" as supposed to "excuses" in this instance.

The games you get with it are:

  • MSR
    Ecco
    VF3 tb

Bloody heck!!

If I took those games alone to Computer Exchange I would get 20-30 quid for them in exchange alone!!!!

Meaning potentially DC for £13 (and that is including an extra controller)!

That would probably be the one reason why I would buy one ;)

Apart from Samba de Amigo 2000 (with maraccas) I have also been playing:

  • Aerowings 2

    NFL 2002

    Virtual Tennis 2

    Tokyo Bus Guide

    Cosmic Smash

    Headhunter

All top games and I got them **cough** cheap from my contact.

;) ;)
