Meeting in the centre of Aerus Haven at 14:00 GMT and will set off shortly after the groups have been sorted. There is NO Master Level Pre-req for this raid, i.e. you can be ml0 and still attend..

The pre-req trials for the raid are as follows:
8.4 Centaur's Hunt
8.7 Agne's Might, Torso
8.9 Agne's Spare Arm

The rest (Including ml8.5) will be taken care of on this raid. I myself am doing a group step hunt and will get the necessary items for the Kratos step, 8.5.

The rules for the raid are as usual... Be polite, patient and everything will run smoothly.. cya on Sunday :) No need to sign up thou it would be nice to see how many are going..

For futhur details on ml8 raid or for a good bedtime story, use the vision of sages website, http://www.visionofsages.net/toa/Master_Level_Eight.html

Im rdy for ML8 BG raid :)

PS. Be strong. Make hard decisions and make them fast. YOU are the raid leader :)
We are there to get something done. All you can do is to wait a few mins for LDs and move on. Doing steps over and over for the LDs will turn BG ML hunts into nightmares.
Yes I would be pissed if I missed the .10 step or something because I LDed on one of the previous steps, but its NOT the raid leaders fault and he got a LOT of ppl waiting.

What do we need to bring with us on the raid items wise? Do we each need a fillet / water barrel / heads and stone?

I'm a little confused :)

8.5 Has been patched back to Battlegroup step, so only one person (Me) has to hand in the items and the rest of the battlegroup gets credit...

Anyone who already has these items could save me farming them either before or on the raid.... If you have the items required for 8.5 the barrel, heads etc then they would save us a lot of time on the raid day :)

thx for a great raid..

While I'm not going to apologise for getting around 150/190 people ml8 completed I do admit that the raid could have run smoother and I will extend apologies to those who didnt complete steps due to ld's etc but what can you do with such a big zerg?

Anyways I'm thinking of doing another ml8 bg step raid for people who missed out etc and are wanting to go on the ml9 raid next week....

Thanks to all 190 or so of you that turned up :>

with 170-180 people in the BG it went pretty smooth after 8.5 was done.

I was so afraid that I would LD on a step and miss credit and not getting ML8 done :) ... but now I finally got FZ on my cute little hunter :)

try to farm the items needed for 8.5 this time then so we don't end up with the same shit again (which wasn't your fault anyway). Other then that the raid went pretty smooth with that massive turnup of people.

I have to disagree with you here, the raid announcement clearly stated that 8.5 was being done ahead of time, the raid took 2.5 hours longer then it should because this didnt happen... If it was said that 8.5 was still missing a couple of items, my group would have volunteerd to do the required steps an hour before the raid left Aerus...

So I'm sorry but I cant call it a great raid, neither can you blame the number of people for the extra time, because once 8.5 was 'done', the raid didnt take 'that' long... (after 8.5, the raid took the time that I expected it to take)

Anyways, most people (I think) got ML8 now, so no real stress... Just took a bit longer then it should have...

I hope Maji learned a couple of things, which he can use in future planned raids... One being, dont run up to a purple mob with 150 people stuck to you and expect them not to hit it... Another tip would be, keep people a bit more informed, a couple of times we where waiting somewhere and I had no clue why we where waiting...
