XP performance stats?

ok, just installed xp, and on some of the screenies that people have posted on here, they have a little bar on their taskbar bit, with things like RAM usage, CPU % usage etc.


I have looked in the start bar and task bar customisation thingy, and cant find anyway to add them?


Are they there, and I'm just being really blatently stupid, or are they somewhere else? Or do you have have to download them in a patch / add on?

Try doing a Google search for Sysmetriix - very nifty little program that has lots of whistles and knobs on it... And it's skinnable
