Well Venom's PC is slightly less spec than yours and he plays it at full detail on 1024x768 with very very minimal lag (we've got cable) so...

CSR seems ok so far.

im in the UK so didnt want to phone them.
but the live web based chat seems ok.
They seem to be being fairly helpful so far.
But the cool thing is its like waiting 5 mins rather than the 3 days that GOA / email takes.

well ive been told 2 different methods of getting a new CD key. and someones suporvisors email addy, so ive emailed him and am waiting for a reply now

well i sent a nice polite e-mail to the CSR's suporvisor (sp?)
he replyed very promptly, i presume its day in the US as its 10pm here if not its bloody good support.

he said:

Thank you for contacting us with your information. We apologize for the
inconvenience and are happy to provide you with a new Planetside account key

So now im happy, and should be on tonight.

i cant

basically i was logged in on a friends account to read SWG beta forums ( Oo ) and that had cookies in IE.

when i went through the bit where i put my CD key in, and some how due to cookies or the god of teh intar web feelign nasteh, registered my CD key irrevocably to my friends station account.

so the CSR said that id have to buy a new game copy or she could onyl give me a 7 day trial CD key.

but her nice boss sent me one, so now im hoping that this CD key isnt one of the 7 day ones

It's not my rules, it's the game's rules. You accumulate grief points for every point of damage you do to a friendly player

So throwing grenades near him will probably rack them up just as quick

As for mercilessly taunting.. that's not nice and you know you have to play nice :touch:

bah, i remember in beta, i shot one of the big rockets ( take a mosquito down in 2 hits) at a reaver... just as my squad mate jumped infront of me
i got mucho greif points for that.
