What's in your head?

Why is it that only the shittest songs get stuck in your head, thus making you suffer them for the whole day?

At the moment, I've got Kiss - God Gave Rock 'n' Roll To You. I was thinking about Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey, and got to the end. Subsequently the song has been stuck in my head for the past hour or so. It's quite attrocious.

What, if any, songs have you all got stuck in your heads at the moment?

Ever since his school staged a production of Oliver! my 5yo son has been obsessed by the original film (1968) and soundtrack, consequently the last few weeks I've been humming "Consider Yourself", "Pick a Pocket or Two", "Wonderful Feeling" and "I'd do Anything", but they _are_ great songs. What makes it worse is I remember doing this play when I was at school so the songs bring back embarrassing memories :)

When we went camping a few weeks back, my son stood on stage and sang "Consider Yourself" as the Artful Dodger wearing a hastly made top hat made from black bin liners, he didn't shirk once, I was dead proud.

Something similar happened to me only it was the Mary Poppins film and the song was that dreadful one near the end of the film where all the Chimney Sweeps are dancing on the rooftops singing 'Step in Time'- awfull ditty

The the Umpa Lumpa song.

The theme to Medal of Honour

And loads of others, if its gotta catchy tune its imbedded in my head.

What scares me the most is when I'm doing something monotonous I suddenly realise I'm having the most rediculous conversations with myself.

Like last week I was having a shower only to realise for the last 20minutes I'd been creating storylines in my head for the Simpsons and I was thinking of how Homer would react. Then when I stopped myself I realised I was starting to do it again.

I'm V Scary :(

Sorry not completely on topic but just had to say :)

London Calling is one of my all time favourite albums :D

Its not music stuck in my head lately though, but when Im driving along or talking to a customer I seem to visulise myself pulling out the Desert Eagle and firing all 7 shots very quickly at people.
Which is actually quite worrying, I think I play too much CS

Thank god its not just me!
Mind you its not so bad now i've not been playing for a few months, however i did have one scary episode when i got really drunk. I was running down the street holding an invisible mp5, running upto random people and shouting "FREEZE MOTHERF***ER, BEFORE I BLOW YOUR F**KING BRAINS OUT"
I had an unopened can of redbull that was a HE grenade too...

Just as long as you know, you're not alone... :(

Weird. I've been singing 'Magical Mystery Tour' since I bought the album last week.

And Tatu, 'All The Things She Said' of course.
