You could try flaming people in #feds and see if they give the same responce as bels. I think they would rather ban you instead of themselfs tho.

Joy, i used to go into #feds with fanboy and demand our free #feds beermats that we won in a competition that we cant remember.

Until somebody picked up that you cant win something if its free in the first place and G-lined us.
