Mind boggled, apparently there is no legal requirement to issue payslips in NL unless your pay changes. A friend is having trouble getting a flat because they cannot produce them.

Can he not show his salary coming in on his bank statements? That's normally how credit checks are done by banks etc these days. Also, an Experian check can identify your salary.

This is what every check I've had to do in recent years has allowed. Everything is going online and I can't remember the last time I got a paper copy of any of my wages or bills.

I'm sure Will has laughed at others during these shows in the past but just because it's a joke close to home, it's no longer funny? I mean I saw him clearly laugh at first as you say which confused me when he got up to swing at Chris Rock.

Reminds me a bit of Isaac Hayes (Chef from South Park) who had no issue going after literally every known topic in the known universe (via the show) but then got in a hissy fit and quit over the Scientology (his religion) episode. I dunno but I think that if you can dish it, you gotta be able to take it as well when it comes to these things.

The What If scenario still stands though. I mean most of the feedback I've seen applauds Will for defending his wife. Who knows how they'd have reacted had it been a white on black punch.
