Ok, so you have to be in Pontefract for 0430 to start work, ending at about 0830. You don't normally go to bed until 0030ish. It's an hour's drive. And, you are also working from 1300-1700 on the same day (getting 2 days in one I'm a money grabbing get).

So, do you stay awake? Or catch some sleep?

I went to sleep, got 2.5 hours, then went to Yorkshire to do a GMTV live on these two kids who ran off together. Now I've got a couple of hours before I do 'Better Cars' or something for Granada, should be fun, the last one they had a Volvo V70 souped up beyond belief.
