Interesting, when I started the alphabetically second NA PVP server was Infinity something.

I had a look at Euro but it was all German

i just picked the 2nd on the list which was mands I clicked the pvp tab to bring all the pvp servers to the top.

Extremely impressed so far not one crash and zero lag.
Voice acting is awesome typical Bioware stuff.

Bizarre ... no picture at all when the game launches. Can hear the voice acting and sound effects but no picture. Restart for me, or whine on the forums. Hmm...

and also, update gfx drivers, its really intolerant of old drivers

Yeah it is for me as well, even with high as the default setting.

i would -guess- , like most betas, to keep the DL down, its "medium" gfx settings
and the shinies and stuff will be added later as an option. cos most people can play on the default setting, saves time, space, etc

Yes, it is. Have to force it through your driver software for the moment.

Edit: Playing on the ONLY English euro PvP server Gnawer's Roost. Had to relog and got a queue of 300 to sit through. Enjoying the game though.

I'm loving this, its the actual story that stands out and the entire thing being voiced just makes you want to listen and soak up the story.
Anyone know the command to show FPS?

"full" just means its got a lot of people on it, only the queuing ones are actually queuing

I dont think I'm going to play the beta too much - the game seems good but I dont want to spoil the story too much - especially as I'll have to do the exact same set of quests/cut scenes in live.

Its a very polished game - had 0 issues - all the quests worked nicely - no real lag except for 1 spike.

I can see it appealing to people beyond the usual MMO scene - people who like single player rpgs.

I wonder what the endgames like?

How long did you play for? I'm at work still, so not played new build, but I played a month ago and thought it was a pretty solid gaming experience for the first 25 levels. The first 3-4 levels can be pretty boring though.
