Cameron's little hum yesterday was the most British thing I have seen in years.

On seeing the headline Theresa MAY 2016 all my hub could say was look she's out of date already!

I doubt they'll be in a position to do anything about it. Plus 3 million or so were fake.

It has to be, that is the agreement.

I doubt there will be many MPs in attendance though.

In other news. The pound is continuing to gain against the Euro and Dollar. Fair way to go and unlikely to get back up to the over inflated values of the few days before the referendum but very promising.

The hysteria also seems to be dying down in the business sector too.

Good times.

Certainly not going to win an election with him.
Certainly won't be voting leave...

I don't know. I think that's why people fear him - there are enough people out there that they may actually go for it. Another "fuck the establishment" protest vote.

wow that's pretty mortifying tbh 0_o

In all fairness, in 2012, a major bank being criminally convicted and losing its ability to conduct business in USD was a massive risk to the system. The Jenga Tower of the financial system was already on the ropes. Fine them of the proceeds and then some more, so it's never worth doing when caught. They always get caught.

Now that criminal convictions have happened to several banks without them losing their US banking license, I'm sure there's no more Mr nice guy from the justice department. The only fallout I recall came from Deutsche owning the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, where criminals are prohibited from owning and running casinos.

That petition that had 4,000,000+ signatures that people were saying got cancelled... isn't cancelled it seems. Got this as a response this morning.

"You recently signed the petition “EU Referendum Rules triggering a 2nd EU Referendum”:
Petition: EU Referendum Rules triggering a 2nd EU Referendum

The Petitions Committee has decided to schedule a House of Commons debate on this petition. The debate will take place on 5 September at 4.30pm in Westminster Hall, the second debating chamber of the House of Commons. The debate will be opened by Ian Blackford MP."

Did anyone watch the program last night on European immigration, was trying to but the missus was on the phone at 100db the entire time.
Very revealing, but also very left wing, all the immigrants featured were teachers and skilled labour, with cute daughters crying thrown in and grandmas sat in mud.
Anyone know what it was called.

The amount of coverage being given to Cameron handing in his notice is ridiculous.

I dont think he did a bad job. He had a tough ask with the issues he inherited... So for one I am sorry to see him go, especially with the alternatives ie May with a broken opposition.

Even the Guardian is praising him, they are actually in the strangest situation of lauding a Tory while despairing of the truest Labour man they have had for a long tine.
